HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping at HOPE FAITH BOUTIQUE is simple:

    • Use the CLOTHING, BAGS, SHOES and ACCESSORIES links.
    • Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button on the product page.
    • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page.
    • Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE  AN ORDER?

You can shop at HOPE FAITH BOUTIQUE without creating an account.
However, registering with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits

    • Track your orders and review your  past purchases
    • Request a return or exchange directly from your account
    • Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favorite pieces through our seasonal Lookbook
    • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time

When you register at HOPE FAITH BOUTIQUE, we need to know your name, mailing address and email address.

To process your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number. If necessary, these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

Only you or a Customer Care member (with your permission) may access your personal data from the website to help you place an order or update your account.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM

HOPE FAITH BOUTIQUE does not cover the cost of returns by post however you may make your own arrangements and send items back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt.

  • you can exchange your item within 14 days, as long as the new item has the same product code as the original product you ordered. If you want to exchange for a different colour, the price of both colours must be the same as the price at which you bought the original product.
  • You’ll know if the new item has the same product code as your original item, because the size or colour will be available in the drop down menu on the product page for the original item you ordered.
  • We’ll send your replacement to the original delivery address. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click ‘edit’ below your Address Book (remember to click ‘Save’ when you’re done).
  • If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
  • If you want a different item, the item you want is sold under a different product code, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED AND HOW DO I TRACK IT

Our delivery time starts from the moment the payment has been received and include a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
Once your purchases are on their way to you, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

WHY DID THE PRICE CHANGE WHEN I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS

The prices shown on our website are displayed for shipping within the Switzerland.
Once you have entered your delivery address, the correct unit price will be applied to the destination provided.
Before you enter any payment details, you can always view a breakdown of the costs of an item on the payment page.
